Same size like the 120 film only longer in length, which means double the frames and without the paper back. Hence, not all lomo camera could use it without a little "modification". Not really modification but slight adjustment on the camera usage. Or you could reverse is to use as redscale film which 120 can't. Check out here for instruction: www.lomography.com or here
